The goal of this blog is to provide the public with a fun and educational opportunity to learn about Astronomy, Math, and Physics, as well as encourage girls to participate in STEM.

Nicole Zawadzki is an Astronomy and Physics major at the University of Arizona. She is currently the Secretary of the University of Arizona Astronomy Club. She previously attended Harper College in Chicago, IL. She began in astronomy outreach at the Adler Planetarium, and now currently works at Flandrau Planetarium in Tucson, AZ. She has been a part of Women In Science & Engineering (W.I.S.E.) at both Harper and the UA, talking to young children about science. She is excited to share her passion with the world.
Marina Dunn is an Astronomy and Physics major at the University of Arizona. She is currently the Chief Telescope Operator on campus, as well as the Outreach Coordinator of the University of Arizona Astronomy Club. She currently work as a research assistant for the NASA GUSTO balloncraft, set to launch in 2020. Originally from Nashville, TN, Marina got her start in Astronomy by volunteering at Vanderbilt University's Dyer Observatory as a space camp counselor, and then joined as a regular volunteer for Astronomy events. She has also worked as a camp counselor for Astronomy Camp in Tucson, AZ with Dr. Don McCarthy. In addition to science, Marina loves rock climbing, dancing, biking, running, and theatre.
